950 Gilman is on the South Side of Gilman Street between 8th and 9th Streets in Berkeley, CA. The building was built in phases between 1962 and 1975. It is a mixed use tenancy. We have a range of different types of offices, and several very cool warehouse spaces. The offices and warehouses have separate entrances. The neighborhood is dynamic and funky, with a vibrant mix of soft-industry, small businesses, inventors, artists, entrepreneurs, great restaurants, and cool shops.
